Abstract

Competence is not an existing object, so it cannot be owned or acquired by the person. It is transient and conditional. In addition, corporate activities are carried out in a collective setting. Thus, the competence is not individual, it is a collective resultant of performance. It is therefore by nature the concern of the company. The term "enterprise" is a simplification of language, we could generalize to any "organization with activity in competition". Indeed, competence is the result of a need for performance in carrying out an activity to achieve an objective. Competence is therefore judged, in a specific environment, according to the results expected by an organization. Thus, the competence will be a demonstration of activities carried out successfully by a group of which will be part of humans, augmented, accompanied, or accompanying … other resources. This group is the competitive resource of the organization, its "Acting appropriately in a competitive situation", making the system with its financial and material resources. Keywords: Skills, Reforms, Employability, Business, Management
