Abstract

La poursuite d'intérêts nationaux privilégiant compétitivité et concurrence serait aux antipodes des objectifs affichés par la Commission européenne en Mars 2022 au lendemain de l'invasion de l'Ukraine par la Russie. Cet objectif faisait vœu d'une énergie plus abordable, plus sûre et plus durable. La poursuite de cet objectif suppose au contraire la mobilisation de moyens communs à l'échelle européenne.
