Abstract

Formuler des valeurs est souvent trop succinct pour expliciter la culture d'une entreprise. Un travail plus approfondi doit être réalisé pour identiUer les « modes de raisonnement » des deux entreprises qui fusionnent et ainsi donner des clés de lecture permettant aux acteurs issus de « mondes organisationnels » différents de collaborer dans un nouveau système à construire ensemble.
