Abstract

The quest for global performance requires a rethinking of traditional management models that focus on economic performance. The concept of global performance considers economic, social and environmental dimensions. Some organizations are trying to reinvent themselves through change projects to prepare for the transition to global performance. It is these projects, which are at the heart of the rebuilding and preparation of organizations, that we analyze in this research, thanks to our 2-year participation in a regional program focusing on "Global Performance" and "Health and Quality of Life at Work". The reading grid of Project-Based Enterprise Theory (Desreumaux & Bréchet, 2018) will lead us to propose and discuss a model for integrating global performance into organizational transformation projects.
