Abstract

Nos modèles statistiques montrent que les politiques de lutte contre la corruption et les lobbies sont en chute libre en moyenne à l'échelle mondiale (l'Europe et la France ne sont pas épargnées par cette volonté politique de moins en moins forte de contrôler la corruption et les lobbies industriels/financiers). Comment la corruptions et l'influence des lobbies prend forme concrètement, qu'est-ce que cela implique sur le terrain, comment les lobbies opèrent-ils pour s'immiscer dans les réunions ministérielles ou influences les parlementaires, qu'est-ce qu'ils y disent pour convaincre les décideurs politiques ?
