Abstract

Cet ouvrage a pour ambition d'investiguer les enjeux autour de la consommation dans le secteur de la santé et les transformations du marché de la santé, trop peu discutés en marketing. À travers des constats théoriques et empiriques, les auteurs de cet ouvrage collectif questionnent la consommation des soins, les expériences vécues par les patients ou encore les défis présents et futurs du système de santé (tels que la privatisation des soins, la digitalisation, etc.), confronté à une logique marchande grandissante.
