Abstract

L'Économie Sociale et Solidaire continue à se développer et à se renouveler. Ayant acquis une certaine autonomie par rapport aux pouvoirs publics et présente au cœur ou à la marge de nombreux marchés, la question de la gouvernance de ses acteurs devient centrale dans la poursuite de leurs objectifs sociaux. La volonté d'entreprendre « autrement » les pousse à s'engager dans des innovations multiples. Mais les spécificités ainsi affirmées se heurtent à des contraintes liées à leurs fragilités, à la concurrence ou à la puissance publique. Leur persistance ou leur place ne sont jamais assurées. Ce numéro fait le point sur les modèles d'innovation et les modes de gouvernance dans ce secteur.
