Abstract

Il s'agit d'un jeu de rôle impliquant deux équipes d'étudiants. Chaque équipe joue le rôle d'un service au sein de l'entreprise Doucepom. Le jeu de rôle permet d'aborder les négociations budgétaires dans les entreprises. Après un travail de préparation de la réunion entre l'équipe 1 (Service commercial) et l'équipe 2 (la direction), celles-ci se déroulent selon un ordre du jour précisé au préalable. L'objectif de cet exercice est de travailler des compétences primordiales au reporting, des soft skills : présentation orale, discussion, argumentaire pour atteindre l'objectif de son service, négociations en cas de conflits).
