Cas pédagogique (C0512) : Tableaux de bord et budgets dans des problématiques environnementales et de gestion de RPS

Abstract

Circular Innovations est une entreprise pionnière dans le recyclage avancé des plastiques, transformant les déchets en produits de haute qualité. La stratégie principale de l'entreprise est d'atteindre ses objectifs de rentabilité dans un respect total de ses valeurs (durabilité, éthique des pratiques, réduction de l'empreinte carbone). Le cas présente des problématiques portant sur deux axes : le respect de l'environnement d'une part, et les risques psychosociaux d'autre part. Cinq problématiques concernant, chacune, un aspect de l'entreprise sont traitées : le process fournisseurs, l'opérationnel, un cas de partenariat externe, la gestion RPS du service RH, dysfonctionnements dans des process différents au sein de l'entreprise. Étant dans le cas d'une entreprise qui prône les valeurs d'éthique environnementale et sociale, ce cas permet d'appliquer les notions suivantes : identification de dysfonctionnement, reporting, plans d'actions, identification d'indicateurs de performance, analyse des écarts et actions correctives.
