Abstract

Les espaces de travail du monde tertiaire ont grandement évolué, et disposer d'un bureau à soi ne coule plus de source. La dépersonnalisation des postes de travail, qu'elle soit présentée sous le nom de Flex-Office, Nomadisme, Clean-Desk, ou plus simplement de bureaux dépersonnalisés, présente des avantages considérables pour les entreprises. Côté utilisateurs, ce choix n'est pas neutre : il a des incidences sur leur identification à l'entreprise, leur motivation, leur vie sociale au travail, en somme, leur vécu. Cet ouvrage fait d'abord le point sur les principales études scientifiques se rapportant aux espaces organisationnels. Ensuite, il montre comment six entreprises emblématiques se sont approprié cette solution spatiale.
