Abstract

This book analyses the effect of protection measures on coastal real estate, industries such as fishing and tourism, and the political and economic implications. The significant impact of marine protection measures on coastal real estate. By studying variations in property prices according to proximity to protected areas, the book highlights how property values can be influenced by environmental regulations and public perceptions of marine ecosystem preservation.
