Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية من خلال استخدام المعلومات والبيانات الرقمية بدل الورقية في تحسين الإدارة العامة وتعزيز الشفافية الإدارية وسرعة انجاز المعاملات, تم توزيع استبيان على عينة الدراسة وعددهم 100موظف بجامعة صنعاء,وكان المسترد منها والصالح للفحص والتحليل باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية 26 SPSS v عدد 85استبيان, بعد تحليل البيانات وجمعها توصلت الدراسة إلى أن للإدارة الإلكترونية مساهمة جيدة في سرعة انجاز المعاملات والشفافية الإدارية في الإدارة التقليدية بجامعة صنعاء.
