Abstract

The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) in military medicine is on the verge of a real revolution, promising a profound transformation of medical services. This revolution is characterized by a significant improvement in the efficiency of services, the precision of diagnoses and the personalization of care. At the core of this transformation, military medicine is becoming a pioneering field, leveraging AI to respond with speed, precision and adaptability to the critical needs of field operations. This article aims to explore three main objectives in the context of the integration of AI in military medicine. First, he details how AI, in synergy with the vast amounts of data generated in the military, is redefining the operational health sector. Then, the article analyzes the transformation of the roles of traditional actors, doctors, caregivers and patients, within a new ecosystem where data collection and collective intelligence become essential pillars. Finally, it examines the adoption of an appreciative approach which, by focusing on strengths rather than deficits, makes it possible to integrate AI in a way that optimizes the performance of military medicine while better responding to specific needs. personnel in operation.
