Abstract

Conférence donnée sur le rôle clé de la gouvernance et du management dans la conception et le pilotage des politiques de Villes - Territoires Intelligents (ou de "Smart City", "Territoires Connectés") créatrices de valeur publique. L'enjeu est de donner aux acteurs publics et privés territoriaux les cadres d'analyse et d'action pour un un numérique créateur de valeur publique, au sens d'une valeur territoriale muti-dimensionnelle, construite et discutée collectivement, et non pas exclusivement captée par les géants de l'économie numérique.
