Abstract

Par le regard sur l'évaluation environnementale et son processus, par la diversité des approches et méthodes, les projets de recherche Ittecop contribuent à construire des solutions face aux critiques de l'évaluation environnementale (CGDD, 2019) sur certains points : élargir les impacts pris en compte (PADIT, IPAVIA), concevoir des mesures ERC de manière anticipée (PADDLe, ZIZANIE), évaluer l'ensemble des impacts du projet sur les facteurs environnementaux identifiés sous la forme d'enjeux hiérarchisés (ATABLE, NAVIDIV), établir les engagements du maître d'ouvrage (MORPHÉE), faire participer le public (SEMEUR, PÉPITE) et éclairer l'autorité décisionnaire (PÉGASE).
