世界博览会与可持续发展目标

Abstract

摘要：就长期可持续发展目标（SDGs），兼顾地理学家、市场营销专家和企业社会责任（CSR）专家的观点，我们对全球性博览会进行了全新的审视。为了使我们的考虑更加全面，我们研究了国际展览局（Bureau International des Exposition，BIE，下文简称"国展局"）的规则和活动。国展局是一个以人类福祉和进步为使命，设法通过可持续发展和社会创新实现世界进步的政府间组织。 通过把联合国行动和企业社会责任两者的概念结合起来，做一个有用的类比：创办一场博览会也许可以看作是一家负责任的、拥有新的共存互助目标的企业，在特定的时间为社会实施了一个项目。 在本文的第一部分，我们说明了自二十世纪七十年代以来，国际展览局的使命和目标一直受到可持续发展理念的质疑。（1）我们通过文献评价的方式，追溯18、19 世纪的世界博览会的根源、定义和概念，揭示了在过去172 年间，世界博览会如何发展到将可持续发展原则纳入其中的发展现状。（2）最后，我们为每部分制作了汇总表，包含国际展览局的工作与联合国十七个可持续发展目标（以及169个子目标）之间的联系。 世博会即具有短暂性又具有可持续性，它提出了与地球的未来息息相关的重要问题。在西方国家和发展中国家的"软实力"和"巧实力"的背景下，世博会成为人类灵感和挑战的源泉。 帕特里斯·巴利斯特
