Abstract

La qualité des soins est difficile à définir de façon générale car les objectifs visés, les ressources utilisées et les résultats attendus dépendent des situations pathologiques, des patients concernés et des contextes spécifiques. Il est cependant possible d'identifier différentes perspectives et de spécifier les dimensions générales attendues d'un système de management de la qualité. Cela constitue les objectifs de ce chapitre.
