Abstract

Mon manager me donne-t-il la possibilité de m'exprimer avant de prendre une décision ? Fait-il preuve d'empathie et de soutien émotionnel ? Me communique-t-il les informations dont j'ai besoin ? Les recherches montrent que ce sont ces questions, en complément de celle de l'équité de notre rémunération, que nous nous posons pour évaluer si nous sommes traités de façon juste. Ce sentiment de justice répond à nos besoins les plus fondamentaux de sécurité matérielle, de reconnaissance sociale, de morale et de maîtrise de l'incertitude, ce qui en fait l'une des principales sources d'épanouissement et d'engagement au travail. Cet ouvrage, illustré par un test et de nombreux témoignages, est fondé sur les dernières études en justice organisationnelle. Il renouvelle notre vision du management et montre que la manière dont le manager décide, prend soin des autres et les informe est aussi importante que la décision elle-même.
