Abstract

Cet article développe une analyse régulationniste des dynamiques de marchandisation du secteur de l'aide à domicile aux personnes âgées observées en France depuis le plan de développement des services à la personne (2005). L'analyse vise à caractériser la manière dont cette marchandisation transforme les relations de protection sociale associées à l'aide à domicile. Elle combine analyse du changement institutionnel et analyse de la configuration de marché. Dans la mesure où les différentes formes d'organisation en concurrence portent des rapports sociaux différents, l'analyse permet de souligner que la marchandisation de l'aide à domicile induit non seulement une implication accrue de la sphère économique mais aussi de la sphère familiale, donc des aidants, en vue de la prise en charge.
