Abstract

L'objet thématique du LDC5 Monitor est double : d'une part, évaluer la vulnérabilité des PMA et les moyens mis en œuvre pour y faire face et, d'autre part, examiner la transformation structurelle des PMA dans la ligne du Programme de Doha pour le développement. Vulnérabilité et transformation structurelles : aucun des deux termes, bien qu'utilisés depuis les débuts de l'économie du développement, n'est utilisé de façon parfaitement claire et univoque, cependant que leur importance est reconnue par tous. Quant au lien entre les deux, il doit lui-même être clarifié.
