Abstract

Cette communication souhaite étudier les effets de l'hospitalité virtuelle du site institutionnel d'une PME sur les attitudes des candidats. Pour cela, une étude expérimentale a été menée auprès de 1095 candidats potentiels, invités à visiter l'une des 3 versions d'un site institutionnel d'une PME se distinguant par son niveau d'hospitalité virtuelle. Des données textuelles (commentaires écrits) et quantitatives ont été collectées. Les résultats de l'analyse lexicométrique et quantitative indiquent que le niveau d'hospitalité du site Internet institutionnel a un effet sur l'attitude des visiteurs envers le site. De plus, l'attitude envers le site médiatise la relation entre l'hospitalité virtuelle et l'attitude envers l'organisation. L'usage de la double méthode d'analyse a permis une validation croisée d'une hypothèse ainsi qu'une meilleure compréhension des antécédents des attitudes des potentiels candidats.
