Abstract

Publié sous la direction de Christian Bessy, Thierry Delpeuch et Jérôme Pélisse, Droit et régulation des activités économiques fut édité pour la première fois en 2011. Cette réédition est actualisée d'une nouvelle préface de Michel Coutu, ainsi que d'une postface des coordinateurs. Rassemblant quinze contributions en autant de chapitres, l'ouvrage s'articule autour de trois parties, la première portant sur les origines historiques des interactions entre économie et droit, la deuxième sur les intermédiaires du droit et la dernière sur les outils juridiques utilisés dans l'activité économique.
