Abstract

Le suivi de la mise en oeuvre du stade le plus intégré d'interdépendance (interdépendance mutuelle dans le cas d'un centre d'appels virtuel) permet une réflexion sur la structurabilité d'une coopération qui articule des tâches réalisées de façon autonome en un processus global de production de services et de caractériser trois modèles d'interdépendance mutuelle.
