Abstract

Explorant la communication d'Enedis sur Twitter à travers l'analyse de contenu et des réseaux sociaux, ainsi que la visualisation de données, ce travail met en lumière les dynamiques communicationnelles complexes en jeu entre l'entreprise, ses partenaires et sa clientèle. Les résultats révèlent de riches thématiques centrées sur des enjeux tels que l'écologie et l'énergie. Ces découvertes, illustrées par des cartographies et des nuages de mots, démontrent le potentiel de ces approches pour l'intelligibilité dans le contexte organisationnel en vue d'éclairer les décisions stratégiques et communicationnelles futures
