Abstract

Cet article présente une expérience d'identification de stéréotypes managériaux par l'usage d'IA génératives d'images. L'expérience menée consiste à utiliser DALL-E pour générer des images représentant des entreprises françaises et américaines, révélant ainsi les stéréotypes véhiculés sur le web. Les images générées illustrent des perceptions contrastées : les entreprises françaises comme traditionnelles et pittoresques, et les américaines comme modernes et dynamiques. Cette expérience démontre l'intérêt d'outils comme DALL-E pour identifier les croyances et idées reçues sur le monde de l'entreprise et du management. Elle offre des perspectives pour la recherche en management et la communication sur les entreprises françaises.
