Abstract

Ce papier se propose d'analyser, dans le contexte du retour en puissance des discours sur la souveraineté économique, les conditions dans lesquelles le recours aux stratégies de délocalisation pouvait continuer à être pertinent. Pour répondre à cette interrogation, nous revenons, dans un premier temps, sur les sources de création de valeur d'une firme ainsi que sur la gouvernance stratégique de sa chaîne de valeur. Nous examinons, dans un second temps, les facteurs clés de succès des stratégies de délocalisation et leurs implications en termes de mode d'organisation, de coordination et de contrôle ainsi qu'en termes de dynamique de transfert de compétence entre partenaires pour faire face à un environnement de plus en plus hostile et incertain.
