Abstract

À la suite des rencontres annuelles organisées depuis 2012 à l'Université Catholique de Louvain, l'Université Paris-Dauphine, l'Université de Montpellier, l'emlyon business school, l'Université Paris-Est, Grenoble Ecole de Management et l'Université du Québec à Montréal, ces 12ièmes rencontres accueilleront à nouveau à Grenoble des communications doctorales s'inscrivant dans les approches critiques en management en général ou dans la thématique annuelle en particulier.Les ateliers regrouperont les propositions en fonction des thèmes ou des approches adoptées, en offrant un temps long pour la présentation et la discussion des projets de thèse, ce quel que soit leur degré d'avancement. En parallèle, des sessions thématiques seront organisées et porteront cette année sur les démarches de chercheurs et chercheuses issu·e·s de disciplines plurielles (anthropologie, géographie, écologie) et qui cherchent à s'appuyer sur des traditions intellectuelles qui décentrent la place aujourd'hui capitale, voire hégémonique, des hommes dans leur rapport aux autres composantes de nos mondes (nature, animaux, cosmos). Des échanges seront aussi organisés entre pair·e·s du réseau critique (doctorant·e·s, enseignant·e·s-chercheur·e·s) afin de partager et de confronter les perspectives et les expériences, pour imaginer ensemble les ressources pour encourager la pluralité dans les approches théoriques, dans les objets empiriques, et dans les parcours académiques au sens large. Dans l'esprit des précédentes éditions, ces 12ièmes rencontres souhaitent offrir un espace de discussion constructif, inclusif et bienveillant pour les chercheur·e·s qui souhaitent intégrer une dimension critique (problématisation, objet, méthode, ancrage pluridisciplinaire…) dans leur projet doctoral.
