La force du faible : un comportement et une stratégie anticonformistes

Abstract

La faiblesse et la menace sont connotées négativement par les individus et les organisations. La présente recherche remet en question cette idée reçue en montrant qu'elles peuvent représenter un terreau fertile pour construire des avantages stratégiques. Fondé sur une étude de cinq cas impliquant des entrepreneurs et des intrapreneurs français, l'article propose deux résultats novateurs. Les cinq dirigeants ont adopté (1) un comportement singulier et (2) une stratégie particulière pour transformer leur organisation faible et vulnérable en une organisation forte et pérenne.
