Abstract

Conférence sur le développement durable et la transition écologique avec Jean Jouzel et Pascal Da Costa. Jean Jouzel est un paléoclimatologue français. Il se fait connaître en 1987 lorsqu'il publie, avec Claude Lorius, la première étude établissant formellement le lien entre concentration de CO2 dans l'atmosphère et réchauffement climatique. En 1994, il est nommé membre du Groupe d'experts intergouvernemental sur l'évolution du climat (GIEC), et assure de 2002 à 2015 la vice-présidence du groupe de travail sur les bases physiques du changement climatique au sein de cette institution. Il s'impose progressivement en France comme une figure médiatique de la lutte contre le réchauffement climatique. Pascal Da Costa est enseignant-chercheur à CentraleSupélec Paris-Saclay, professeur d'économie de l'environnement. Ses travaux menés au Laboratoire de Génie industriel / Equipe Economie Durable, portent sur l'innovation, l'environnement et l'énergie, et visent à déterminer les sentiers de développement soutenable de nos économies. Pascal Da Costa est également Référent Dév. Durable : Transitions... de CentraleSupélec.
