Abstract

En France, la contrefaçon est un risque qui touche les entreprises de différentes tailles et secteurs. Le constat est assez alarmant : une entreprise sur deux et une PME (petites et moyennes entreprises) sur trois est victime de contrefaçon chaque année. De nombreuses conséquences peuvent en résulter : une perte de chiffre d'affaires ou des parts de marché à l'international, une influence sur la capacité d'innovation de l'entreprise, ou encore la création de confusion chez le consommateur.
