Abstract

"Comment se structure le lobbying dans la régulation comptable ? Les enjeux économiques ainsi que la présence croissante du lobbying auprès des régulateurs nous ont conduits à essayer de répondre à cette question en réalisant une revue de littérature sur la base d'une centaine d'articles de recherche publiés en langues anglaise et française sur le lobbying dans la régulation comptable."
