Abstract

Cet article explore l'invisibilisation, puis la remise en lumière des femmes – et plus particulièrement des vieilles – dans une recherche action participative (RAP) qui pense les nouvelles façons d'habiter dans les vieillesses. Il rend compte des méthodes mises en place pour rendre visibles et audibles les vieilles de cette RAP. L'article poursuit un objectif double. D'une part, remettre au cœur du dispositif d'enquête les rapports sociaux de genre et d'âge qui en ont été écartés, alors même qu'ils sont au cœur du sujet porté par l'association qui initie cette recherche. D'autre part, analyser les processus qui ont conduit à cette éviction et montrer les outils mis en œuvre pour « parler avec » les vieilles de la RAP et permettre la co-construction des savoirs.
