Abstract

Il s'avère souvent pertinent d'intégrer des variables permettant de contrôler pour la variabilité météorologique dans les modèles économétriques de production agricole afin de mieux identifier l'effet de la variable d'intérêt principale. L'ado-file Stata "degreedays" proposé permet d'automatiser le calcul des degrés-jour à partir des données journalières fournies par Météo-France, en fonction de la saison de croissance et des températures seuils caractéristiques de la ou des plantes étudiées, et selon différentes hypothèses concernant l'amplitude des températures journalières.
