Abstract

Cet article traite de l'évolution des systèmes de contrôle de gestion (SCG) durant la transition post-soviétique. Deux études de cas sur des entreprises « du monde d'avant » et toujours existantes caractérisent le SCG de l'économie planifiée et les transformations induites par le passage à l'économie de marché. Nos résultats montrent qu'à partir du même point de départ – un SCG centralisé et déployé dans toutes les entreprises soviétiques, vecteur cérémoniel et opérationnel de la stratégie du Parti communiste, – la transition détermine divers degrés de changement dans le SCG des entreprises. La chute de l'URSS se traduit par la disparition des systèmes formels et le maintien des outils informels. La réintroduction des SCG résulte de contraintes exercées par des partenaires étrangers. La transformation des SCG en outil de pilotage, bien que limitée, s'explique principalement par la diffusion des connaissances en contrôle de gestion et le changement du mode de gestion des entreprises
