Abstract

Ces dernières années, nombre d'entreprises ont entrepris de reconfigurer leurs espaces de travail, cherchant à expérimenter de nouvelles façons de travailler. La récente pandémie, en imposant une déspatialisation brutale du travail, a été un accélérateur des transformations en cours, notamment avec la généralisation du télétravail. Une recherche d'envergure menée au sein d'une grande compagnie d'assurance a permis d'apporter un éclairage nouveau sur ce qui se passe en termes de visibilité et de reconnaissance lorsqu'on travaille à distance.
