Abstract

Cet ouvrage présente une réflexion critique des pratiques managériales contemporaines à partir d'une perspective anthropologique. Il vise à apporter sa pierre à l'édifice des forces de proposition qui surgissent un peu partout en vue de trouver des alternatives crédibles et durables aux impasses où nous mènent ces pratiques néolibérales. En effet, face aux redoutables défis socioéconomiques, technologiques, environnementaux, éthiques auxquels nous sommes confrontés, le temps presse. Comme ces défis ne pourront être relevés que collectivement, l'humanisme renouvelé, auquel cet ouvrage invite les gestionnaires et les citoyens que nous sommes, cherche à en proposer quelques pistes à partir des principales dimensions anthropologiques qui fondent la condition humaine.
