Abstract

Aujourd'hui, les données urbaines constituent un écosystème d'« intelligent citizen data » (ICD) qui supporte l'analyse judiciaire en terme de sécurité intérieure, grâce aux croisements de diverses bases de données personnelles (telles que les Fichiers d'Analyse Sérielle). Ces interrelations posent la question de leur légitimité démocratique et de leur acceptabilité sociale par les citoyens.
