Abstract

L'entretien expose l'origine, l'offre et les enjeux de l'Observatoire AMAROK 1 , créé en 2009 par Olivier Torrès. L'Observatoire AMAROK est une association s'intéressant à la santé physique et mentale des travailleurs non-salariés (TNS) : dirigeants de PME, commerçants indépendants, professions libérales, artisans et agriculteurs… Il fédère une quinzaine de chercheurs qui étudient les liens entre la santé de l'entreprise et celle de son dirigeant. Le cœur de l'activité de l'Observatoire est de proposer un dispositif numérique d'autodiagnostic de la santé des dirigeants à destination des Services de Prévention et de Santé au Travail et une cellule d'écoute psychologique, point d'entrée vers d'autres formes de prise en charge si nécessaire.
