Abstract

Cette recherche consiste à déterminer les stratégies d'ajustement adoptées par les membres du personnel soignant en EHPAD pour gérer leur stress au travail lorsqu'ils sont confrontés à des menaces de leurs ressources. En partant d'une analyse qualitative et d'un cadre théorique basé sur la théorie de la conservation des ressources (COR) nous avons identifié trois types de stratégies : exploratoires, défensives et d'investissement. Nous en déduisons des implications managériales en matière de prévention de la santé au travail à destination des managers des EHPAD .
