Abstract

Le contrôle de gestion est devenu un outil incontournable de la conduite d'entreprise. C'est en s'appuyant sur lui que les dirigeants pilotent l'activité de leur société. Ce pilotage doit intégrer des principes éthiques afin d'éviter les dysfonctionnements.
