Contribution of the territorial governance in the implementation of the new public management at the era of the advanced regionalization[Rôle de la gouvernance territoriale dans l’implémentation du nouveau management public à l’ère de la régionalisation avancée]

Dysfunctions, raised at the level of the public administration were on the initiative of the emergence of the concept of territorial governance. This last, leans on the involvement of the citizens as stipulated in NMD adopted by the Kingdom with the intention of meeting requirements of users with a collaborativeand participative vision. This article throws into relief the requirement of the installation of the new reforms for purpose with the satisfaction of the citizens and with the institution of a viable social climate based on the promotion of the insubstantial capital, in this case the human resources. Advanced regionalisation is the radical consecration of a change in piloting of development plans by mobilisation and involvement of all the stakeholders.
