Abstract

De nombreuses études françaises et européennes parues en 2023 soulignent que les salariés français souffrent de mauvaises conditions de travail. Les Français aiment le travail mais travailler leur paraît de plus en plus dur, désincarné et dénué de sens. La crise de la COVID et l'introduction massive du télétravail a accentué encore cette perception en renforçant notamment un sentiment d'intensification des rythmes de travail, d'atomisation des collectifs de travail voire d'inégalité au travail. Face à ce mal-être, le management par le bonheur pourrait-il être une solution ? [...]
