Abstract

El WOM y eWOM generados por el consumidor son importantes por sus implicaciones sobre las percepciones y comportamiento. Las artes escénicas, y en particular la ópera que se enfrenta a un rejuvenecimiento de su audiencia, los han subestimado a pesar de que contribuyen a fomentar la lealtad hacia estos eventos. Para entender mejor cómo se genera tanto el WOM como el eWOM resulta de gran utilidad analizarlo desde la perspectiva del valor percibido en sus infravaloradas dimensiones epistémica y social. En este trabajo en curso se propone identificar, como primer paso, si ambos valores son necesarios, utilizando como metodología la lógica de la necesidad (NCA). Se revela que el valor epistémico y social sí son necesarios para generar WOM, no siendo así en el caso del eWOM. Los resultados obtenidos son esperanzadores para continuar en la línea iniciada, complementado con otras técnicas de lógica aditiva o configuracional e incorporando otros elementos condicionantes.
