Abstract

Ce manuel offre une introduction aux grandes théories de l'économie urbaine et de l‘environnement, avec une attention portée sur les enjeux environnementaux de la ville et de l'immobilier et réunit les travaux de 29 enseignants chercheurs. Il aborde les politiques urbaines au travers des aménagements et des infrastructures de transport, par les théories de la localisation, ainsi que par les externalités urbaines générées, la gouvernance territoriale associée et les innovations telles les nudges. Un angle international et des comparaisons entre des villes sont proposés pour expliquer les nouveaux modèles urbains (sustainable smart cities). Les enjeux de la ville sont traités par la prise en compte des externalités environnementales, leurs valeurs, leurs méthodes d'évaluation (prix hédoniques et évaluation contingente). Enfin, ce manuel s'intéresse aux politiques urbaines de régulation environnementale en matière d'adaptation au changement climatique et de gestion des ressources épuisables, avec l'émergence d'une économie circulaire appliquée. Ressources numériques : Selon les chapitres, accès à des exercices interactifs : QCM et/ou Vrais/Faux avec leurs corrigés, à des exercices à télécharger tels que exercices de révision, de dissertation.
