Abstract

Parallèlement au retrait des États-Unis de l'Accord de Paris, la Chine s'est imposée comme un pays moteur dans les arènes multilatérales en matière de climat, en annonçant son objectif d'atteindre la neutralité carbone en 2060 en septembre 2020 aux Nations unies. Sur la scène politique nationale, la notion de civilisation écologique occupe une place centrale dans le discours du gouvernement en matière de protection de l'environnement et de lutte contre le changement climatique. Pourtant, les énergies fossiles sont encore prépondérantes dans la fourniture d'énergie et d'électricité en Chine, la pollution connaît encore aujourd'hui des niveaux préoccupants et les émissions de gaz à effet de serre continuent d'augmenter. Aujourd'hui, quelle est la réalité de la transition écologique de la deuxième puissance mondiale ? Que laisse-t-elle présager de son avenir ?
