Abstract

L'étiquetage nutritionnel des produits agroalimentaires porte un enjeu majeur pour les pouvoirs publics : améliorer les comportements alimentaires des consommateurs. Cet article propose une synthèse des connaissances actuelles sur le sujet et invite les chercheurs en marketing à considérer les apports de la Transformative Consumer Research (TCR) dans un agenda de recherche. Il vise à comprendre les effets de l'étiquetage nutritionnel sur le Bien-être alimentaire des consommateurs au regard des spécificités de leur contexte social, culturel et sociétal.
