Abstract

Ce travail a pour objectif d'analyser les déterminants de la performance à l'export des PME en intégrant les caractéristiques du dirigeant, de l'entreprise et de l'environnement externe, comme les éléments du contexte du pays de départ et les stimuli à l'export. En nous basant sur des données recueillies auprès de 53 PME exportatrices algériennes, et à travers un modèle d'équations structurelles, nous avons testé les effets de trois groupes de facteurs (profil du dirigeant, caractéristiques internes de l'entreprise, caractéristiques de l'environnement externe) sur deux types de mesures de la performance (objective et subjective). Nos résultats montrent l'importance des facteurs liés au profil du dirigeant et confortent une conception multidimensionnelle de la performance à l'export.
