Abstract

Le cas AP-HM aborde le développement d'un projet de traçabilité des flux logistiques en contexte hospitalier. Depuis 2013, l'AP-HM exploite une plateforme logistique qui centralise quatre process, en étant certes source d'efficience et d'efficacité mais aussi d'éloignement entre producteurs et consommateurs des services, du fait d'une augmentation du nombre d'intervenants dans la chaîne logistique. Il en résulte un besoin accru de traçabilité, qui concerne également les pharmacies, présentes sur chaque hôpital marseillais, et les laboratoires de biologie. Le cas aborde les axes suivants d'un projet de traçabilité : état des lieux de la chaîne logistique, identification du besoin de traçabilité, technologies envisageables de collecte des données, et centralisation des données.
