Abstract

The concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) comes from management sciences. Its translation in the legal field is the social responsibility of employers imposing concrete obligations on them. It is a question here in particular of the obligation of safety at work which enjoins the employer to take measures aimed at preventing the realization of the risks which weigh on the health of the employees understood in the broad sense: physical and mental. Today, the importance of this safety obligation is such that it implies a total investment of employers in prevention actions at work and invites to rethink the organization of work to move towards this objective.
