Abstract

While the literature has studied the phenomenon of voluntary departure for certain categories of hospital personnel (PH) or for certain professions (nurses), the study of the voluntary departure of hospital academics (HU) has not been noted. However, this category of personnel, in addition to participating in care, works in health training and research; limiting the departure of HU seems to be therefore a question of Public health. Our field survey, through the study of secondary data from the Centre National de Gestion, confirms the phenomenon.
